Maz Williams is a Welsh (in heart and language) primary school teacher who helps our schools think about how to navigate implementation and improvement. She supports our schools that are serious about change by providing regular check-ins that bring accountability, monitoring and insight.
We recommend that if you are working through any of our programmes, you book some time in with Maz every 4-6 weeks. It will give you something to work towards, and a space to reflect on progress and solve challenges together.
